How high the sound is, determined by the frequency

Intensity
How much energy the wave has, determined by the amplitude and frequency.

Amplitude
Maximum distance of a wave from its rest position, correlated with energy.

Duration
How long the wave lasts for, usually correlated with energy.

Compression/Rarefraction
Where the waves energy is/isn't. The closer the particles are in compression, and the farther they are in a rarefraction, the more energy the wave has.
